TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Emma Harling Studio. By shopping in our store, you agree to the following terms.

About Us Emma Harling Studio sells design objects, accessories, art, and custom-made products. The store operates in accordance with Swedish law and EU consumer protection regulations.

Orders and Payment A binding purchase agreement is formed when you have completed your order and received an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as stock shortages or incorrect pricing. All prices are displayed including VAT (25% in Sweden). Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products Some of our products are made to order or customised to your specifications. By placing an order for a custom product, you acknowledge that production will begin upon order confirmation. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, private consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving the goods. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items, or sealed goods that have been opened after delivery where the seal is not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Complaints If an item is faulty, you have the right to make a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act. Please contact us and we will resolve the matter.
